PawCalc is distributed as shareware. This means you can try it for free before you decide to pay. While you try PawCalc for free, some feature are locked. Once you register your copy of PawCalc, we will email you a code to unlock all the locked features.
When you register you will receive a registration code. Select 'Help' and 'Register...' in the PawCalc menus. You will be asked for five "lines" from the registration code; these will be separated by double-colons.
For example, if you registration code is "abc::def::ghi::jkl::mno", line 1 would be "abc", line 2 "def", line 3 "ghi", line 4 "jkl", and line 5 "mno".
Enter the registration code at the prompt. Double-check that you have entered the correct code -- case does matter. Once you are done, press the 'Okay' button. PawCalc will tell you if you entered the correct code. That's it!
Please make sure you have the newest version of PawCalc. The newest version will be available on the PawEng web page. Registered users will receive an email when new versions are released.
There are two types of registration: one for regular use and one for private, non-commercial use.
Currently, the registration fee is $20 USD for a regular registration, and $12 USD for a private, non-commercial registration. Be sure to check the current fees on the PawEng web page.
The registration process is handled by ShareIt! -- a large and respectable shareware website. We will transfer you to their secure website, where you can finish the registration process.
