  In this license, the term 'Program' means the PawCalc distribution, 
which consists of the PawCalc program and accompanying documentation 
and license files. The term 'Author' refers to Poul F. Williams.

  Each licensee is addressed as 'you'.

  The term 'use of the Program' includes any attempt (whether
successful or not) to operate the Program, to install the Program on a
computer (whether a physical one or an emulator), or to copy /
reproduce / distribute / store the Program or parts thereof.

  This license agreement governs your use of the Program. Use of the
Program is conditioned on you accepting and complying with this
license in full (or to the maximum extend permitted by law).

  You are not required to accept this license. However, nothing else
grants you permission to use or distribute the Program. These actions
are prohibited by law if you do not accept this license. Therefore, by
using or distributing the Program, you indicate your acceptance of
this license to do so, and all its terms and conditions.

  (Note: The mathematical library MathLib is NOT part of the Program.)

  The Program is copyright (c) 1999 - 2006 by Poul F. Williams. All
rights reserved.

  The Program is distributed as shareware. You are granted the right
to evaluate the Program for 2 (two) weeks. After that you must either:

  a) Stop using the Program and remove it from your PDA, OR
  b) Register your copy of the Program.

  You may make and distribute complete, verbatim copies of the Program
provided that you do not charge money for it.

  When you register you get a registration code to unlock the
Program. You may unlock exactly ONE copy of the Program for each
registration. If you register the Program for private, non-commercial
use, you may only use it for private, non-commercial use.

  The privileges you obtain by registration are not transferable.

  You may NOT:

  a) Sell the Program, OR
  b) Modify any part of the Program, OR
  c) Reverse engineer / disassemble the Program, OR
  d) Distribute the registration code for the Program.

  The Program is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. The Author gives no warranty as to the accuracy or
completeness of the Program. The entire risk as to the quality and
performance of the Program is with you.

  In no event shall the Author be liable to you for any kind of
damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Program. You
agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Author harmless from and
against any third-party claim arising out of your use or inability to
use the Program.

  The Program is not designed nor intended for use in high risk areas
like aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic
control, direct life support machines, nuclear power plants, weapons
systems or other activities in which the failure of the Program could
lead to death, personal injury or physical, psychological,
environmental, economical or property damage.

  This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the laws of the United States of
America, and applicable international agreements, treaties and
conventions. All legal matters shall be tried by the courts of
Massachusetts.
