Sure Ways to Have Your Emails Ignored

We do our best to answer all emails. If you have trouble or questions, please do not hesitate to write us. But to increase your chances of getting a useful answer, please consider the following:

1. "It doesn't work! Help!"

We have quite a few talents, but mind-reading is not one of them. If you want help, then please give us some leads. Start by telling us the name and version number of the program. Then move on to the nature of your problem. Consider answering the following questions: What is wrong? What did you do? What happened? What did you expect to happen? Are you using a registered program? How do we replicate the error? Basically, the more you tell us, the better the chance that we may help you.

2. "I don't know how to use MS Outlook (or some other third-party program)!"

Well, neither do we. Grap your MS Outlook manual and start reading.

3. "I cannot get the program to work because the manual is badly written!"

We appreciate constructive criticism -- the operative word here being "constructive". If you experience problems with our programs, please write us -- see (1) above.
